Hello, I am Rosa-Maria. I have a whooping 10+ years of experience in Product Management, Leadership and Strategy. In my previous roles I am typically the official lead to the product organisation and sparring partner to founders and/or the company’s leadership in strategic initiatives. My passion lies in helping the entire organisation reach scale and GROW, while embedding a bold product-led mindset where the teams are empowered to create customer value and reach commercial success. I have experience in a number of B2C and B2B industries like retail, fintech, crypto, energy, health tech, robotics and automation. I am a naturally curious person and what has attracted me to these industries is the problem I am tasked to solved. In the recent years, I have increased my focus on solving problems that help this planet and its life within (people, animals, plants) and will plan to continue to do this. I am a nerd and loud advocate for diversity, equality and inclusion, particularly in Tech, and especially in Product. I am a founding member and mentor of a bunch of female tech groups e.g. Tech Ladies, Executive Women in Product, Women Techmakers, etc. Besides everything product management. I also advise and coach companies in these critical topics.
