Sebastian’s transformation experience, paired with strategic sales, marketing and consulting experience, is the base for his success in numerous product-, solution-, and consulting sales activities. He is operating as Solution Architect for Customer Engagement solutions, Customer Data Platform and LowCode/NoCode solutions and bringing new solution scenarios onto the market. His implementation experience paired with change,- and project management experience are the basis for successful business,- and IT transformation projects. Sebastian has helped SM-businesses and larger enterprises to transform their digital operations and achieving defined goals and KPIs. One key element of this is the strategical consultation as well as reshaping and harmonizing processes. Sebastian has deep knowledge across industries with a focus on retail, manufacturing, and service industries. As project manager he implemented in the B2B2C manufacturing industry cloud solutions and developing mobile enterprise strategies. As consultant he was responsible for the improvement of global reporting processes and structures. As CRM,- and Datawarehouse advisor he optimized the solutions and was responsible for the design of a digital transformation and global rollout. With his role as Solution Architect he operates between business and IT, helping companies to develop new IT-Strategies, leaner processes, building roadmaps and business cases. Sebastian is working closely with Microsoft together, as speaker, solution expert and on customer projects. He holds an MBA and Master of Science in International Management.
