Hi all! I'm Brett. I've been working in management and operations for a long time, and have probably had my biggest successes in process optimisation and people management. Recently I've taken time off to study data science, and am hoping to learn from others in this field, so I thought I'd give back at the same time where I'm able. I've worked in senior management as Head of Operations for a specialty coffee chain, pushing an international expansion and franchising launch. I also worked at a tech startup, for a small business communication tool, from series A startup to C scaleup, in business development and customer success operations. This is also where I fell in love with remote work. Like anyone, there's a tonne of other things I have experience in, so feel free to reach out if you want advice on any of it. Or just have random questions like "what's it like to expand internationally during the pandemic?". Spoiler alert, it wasn't fun, but we did our best and succeeded in the end.
